Organic Ingredients:100% Peppermint Leaf (Mentha x Piperita)

Preparation: Pour freshly boiled water over one teaspoon of herbs in a cup. Let the tea sit for 5-10 minutes, strain herbs into a sieve and enjoy. Drink anytime up to twice a day.
