Preparation 

Using boiling water to steep can damage some of the leaves, so instead use water that is around 75°c (boiling water that has been allowed to cool for 3 minutes). Unlike dust tea, our whole-leaf herbal teas need to steep for longer as there is not as much surface area for the water to have contact with. Tea made with filtered water produces better results.
